NBC, which is if course dealing with bigger problems than when to premiere their newest game show, has unveiled their post-Olympic schedule. I'm not going to get into too much of the whole Conan/Leno battle here, especially since it looks like Conan is out and Leno is back on The Tonight Show (but you can place me firmly in the Team Conan camp). However, you'd think that, with five hours suddenly freed up in prime time, NBC would try a game show on a weekday, right?
Wrong. Minute to Win It (formerly titled Perfect 10), hosted by Guy Fieri, will debut on Sunday, March 14th at 8pm. Sunday nights haven't traditionally been great for new game shows, and I'm a little concerned about this one going up against the new season of The Amazing Race, which premieres a month earlier and will be well underway when Minute to Win It begins. This new game show will act as the lead-in to the next season of The Celebrity Apprentice, premiering the same night.
I've been optimistic about the show so far, and I still think it has potential. This time slot, however, is not encouraging news.

CBS is looking to pit The Cube against NBC’s Minute To Win It. Neil Patrick Harris is considering hosting the American incarnation of the British game show, The Cube. Guy Fieri is the host for Minute To Win It. Which of these personalities do you think will have the most draw?
Guy Fieri is awesome! I cant wait to see him host his new show minute to win it!
This show is pretty sweet and definitely starting to become my favorite game show on TV. Really cool concept!!! Fun stuff that everyone can do with really cool household items. I’m Super Excited that it’s now on Tuesday Nights too!!! Tuesdays and Wednesday? I can’t get enough!!! NBC definitely out did themselves with this show. And Guy Fieri is the man! Go Minute To Win It!!! Yaaayyyyy!!!
Wednesday nite show, April 13, 2011, with Chelsie and Mac.
Is there a dress code on this show?
Chelsie wearing those shorts should be inappropriate for any television show unless she is auditioning for a pornography show.
If she walk on the street like this it, would be hard to tell her from a prostitute.
She might as well came on the show naked.
Contrary to popular beliefs, many finds Chelsie short shorts of a loose person.
There is saying. The shorter the skirt, dress, shorts, the shorter the mind.
