Jeopardy's Battle of the Decades, 1990s Week

By February 28, 2014

Follow me on:

Jeopardy! continues its Battle of the Decades tournament on March 3rd, when 90s week kicks off. 15 more players from the past will return to the podiums to challenge the board and the buzzer for Jeopardy! glory. The contestants returning to the show include:
  • Monday, March 3rd: Eddie Timanus, Babu Srinivasan, and Rachel Schwartz
  • Tuesday, March 4th: Pam Mueller, Dan Melia, and Fritz Holznagel
  • Wednesday, March 5th: Shane Whitlock, Bob Harris, and Robin Carroll
  • Thursday, March 6th: Claudia Perry, Mark Dawson, and Dave Abbott
  • Friday, March 7th: Brad Rutter, Mike Dupee, and Jill Bunzendahl-Chimka
Following this week of tournament play, 2000s week will air starting at the end of March and into the beginning of April. Then, the winners of these rounds return to finish out the tourney in May.

Don't forget to tune in, as this week will feature some heavy hitters and is bound to serve up some great Jeopardy game play. If you missed the first round (80s week), it's lots of fun to see the contestants catching up with Alex Trebek and hearing both their memories of the show, and what has happened to them since they were first on it.

I hope they don’t try and help Eddie Timanus again with an audible to ring in with.

He got screwed in the Ken tournament when they did that. You can see about 2/3 through his game that he realized it was really throwing off his buzzer timing and he began to ignore it. His comeback came up a little short.
