Discovery has finally named their rebranded kids channel, which is a 50/50 joint venture with Hasbro. Called "The Hub," the channel will officially launch in fall 2010.There's been some speculation that this will give GSN a run for their money, since of course Hasbro has loads of options for turning their brands into game shows. While we will absolutely see some great new games on The Hub, it's important to note that the focus is squarely on programming for children. That means we'll also see series based on characters like Transformers and My Little Pony. Still, it'll be nice to have some fresh shows for kids, and undoubtedly several new game shows.
The Hub will have its website located at hubworld.com. Right now it's a simple placeholder page with a link to the official press release from yesterday, announcing the name and logo.

Well, the hub is okay but i don’t watch it as much as when it was called discovery kids because growing up creepy, kenny the shark, peep and the big wide world ect; are no longer on the hub and i was really sad when everything changed and all the good shows were gone. so if you want my opinion i think discovery kids shouldn’t have changed
