Here's why it pays to be on Twitter! Former World Series of Pop Culture host, and questioner on GSN's Grand Slam, Pat Kiernan tweeted a couple of hours ago that he was "prepping for a game show pilot." Which one could it be?We know that Pyramid and The Dating Game are taping very soon, so it could be one of those. Then again, we've also got a pilot for Let's Make a Deal in the works, and GSN has big plans for a bunch of new shows.
We're trying to get the info from Kiernan on Twitter, but in all likelihood he can't say just yet. Even if he doesn't reveal which show he'll be on, you should check out his Twitter feed. He updates quite often with links from Pat's Papers, where he highlights important and interesting headlines from daily U.S. newspapers.
Update: Could it possibly be this one? It's the National Bible Quiz that has been casting for some time, and is being produced by Embassy Row. The show features teams of contestants, from atheists to Catholics, competing to see who knows more about the Bible. It tapes this afternoon in New York. Hmm.
Update #2 - Confirmed, by the OnSet Productions website, which lists Kiernan as the host. Now let's send out positive vibes that the pilot rocks and the show gets picked up!
