Game Show Awards Poll: Best Reality Competition Show

Our next poll, taken directly from the categories and nominees for the upcoming GSN Game Show Awards, is for "Best Reality Competition Show." This category seems just a little bit odd to me. Sure, reality TV is often closely intertwined with game shows, and a case could certainly be made that this category fits right in. On the other hand, GSN doesn't air any of this type of programming (yet), and in a show where legends like Bob Barker are being honored, it just seems a bit of a stretch.

Regardless, I admit that I'm a fan of reality TV, and many of the nominated programs are regulars on my TiVo. A handful of them have arguably jumped the shark by now though, and I don't think we'll be very surprised by the winner in this category.

As we continue this series of polls, we'll pick our own winners for the Game Show Awards, which airs on GSN on June 6th. After the ceremony, we'll be able to compare our own choices with those that actually won an award. You can still vote in the previous categories too - here are the links:
